Garmisch-Partenkirchen
Ski center located in the Germany state of Bavaria, 90 km from Munich and about 60 km from Innsbruck Austria.

The city was also hosting the World Cup Alpine skiing in 1978 and will be again in 2011. In Garmisch is also one of the most modern facilities for the Olympic ski jumps.

Ski area is divided into 12 separate sectors. Some of them are located near the border with Austria. In the area of Zugspitze are highest runs in Germany and only opportunity in the country for lowering the surface of the glacier.
